Pensador Spritz
Pensador Spritz is a bright, effervescent take on the classic Italian apéritif, brilliantly updated with the earthy, smoky depth of Pensador Mezcal. It builds a vibrant, refreshing base directly in a large, ice-filled wine glass by combining a measure of Pensador Espadín with a bittersweet apéritif like Aperol, topped generously with crisp Prosecco and a lively splash of soda water. Gently stirred to seamlessly marry the sweet, bitter, and smoky flavors while preserving the bubbles, this uplifting long drink is exceptionally easy-drinking and perfectly balanced. It is elegantly finished with a fresh orange wedge, making it the ultimate sun-drenched companion for leisurely afternoons and early evening toasts.
Ingredients:
25 ml Pensador Espadín
20 ml Select Aperitivo (or Campari)
5 ml Elderflower Cordial
2 Drops Rose Water
50 ml Prosecco
50 ml Soda Water
Mint Sprig
Instructions:
Fill a large wine glass with ice, add the first 4 ingredients, and stir until ice cold. Add the Prosecco and Soda. Give one quick, gentle stir from top to bottom to mix the ingredients while still keeping it "Spritzy". Add the mint sprig to the glass and serve.
