Peat's Dragon
A cocktail that brings together two of the cocktail world's smokiest spirits. It splits the base between Mezcal and Islay Scotch, balanced by the bittersweet herbal notes of Suze and Lillet Blanc.
Ingredients:
1½ oz. Islay Scotch
1 oz. mezcal
½ oz. fino sherry
½ oz. agave syrup
¼ oz. fresh lemon juice
Instructions:
Combine all of the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake to chill. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice, then garnish.
