Pasión de Oaxaca

A tropical delight that brilliantly tames the heat of the spirit. This cocktail combines mezcal with the tart, vibrant flavors of passion fruit puree, lime juice, and a touch of agave nectar.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz. espadín mezcal

  • 1 oz. blanco tequila

  • 1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice

  • 1 oz. passion fruit concentrate (such as Perfect Purée)

  • 1 oz. mango purée

  • 1/2 oz. simple syrup (1:1)

  • 1/2 oz. triple sec

Instructions:

  • Shake all of the ingredients with ice, then strain into an ice-filled glass rimmed with Tajín.

  • Mango Purée: Blend 1/4 cup of mango chunks (fresh or frozen) with 1 oz. of simple syrup (1:1).
