Mezcal Milk Punch
A clarified milk punch that uses mezcal as its base. The milk clarification process strips away the harsh edges, leaving a silky, intensely flavorful, and perfectly clear cocktail that retains a gentle smokiness.
Ingredients:
1 oz. mezcal
1/2 oz. Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur
1 oz. coconut milk
Instructions:
Shake all the ingredients with ice, then strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with a piece of dark chocolate.
