Mezcal and Pineapple Cocktail

Crafted with the perfect balance of smoky mezcal and sweet pineapple, the Pineapple Mezcal Margarita is a unique and refreshing twist on a classic.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. mezcal (Djinn uses Del Maguey Vida)

  • 1/2 oz. Aperol

  • 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice

  • 1 3/4 oz. pineapple juice

  • 1/4 oz. simple syrup (1:1)

Instructions:

  • Add all of the ingredients to a shaker with ice.

  • Shake and double-strain into a glass over ice.

  • Garnish.
