Green Rabbit

Conejo Verde is a bright, subtly herbal riff on the classic Margarita that beautifully highlights the oak-aged depth and soft smoke of 400 Conejos Reposado Mezcal. It builds a perfectly balanced base by combining 60 ml of the reposado mezcal with 21 ml of fresh lime juice, 15 ml of rich agave syrup, and 7 ml of orange liqueur in a cocktail shaker. Agitate vigorously with ice until thoroughly chilled; the vibrant mixture is fine-strained into a sleek coupe glass to ensure an exceptionally smooth sip. This refreshing, citrus-forward cocktail is delicately finished with a sprig of fresh cilantro for a uniquely aromatic, earthy touch.

Ingredients:

• 60 ml of 400 Conejos® Reposado mezcal

• 21 ml of lime juice

• 15 ml of agave syrup

• 7 ml of orange liqueur

Instructions:

• Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice.

• Shake well until chilled.

• Strain finely into a coupe glass and garnish with the cilantro sprig.
