Ginger Peach Glow

Ginger Peach Glow is a beautifully aromatic, slow-sipping cocktail that perfectly balances the warm, oak-aged depth of 400 Conejos Reposado Mezcal with sweet, spiced orchard fruit. It builds a rich, velvety base by combining 50 ml of the reposado mezcal, 40 ml of ripe peach puree, 30 ml of ginger syrup, and 25 ml of fresh lime juice in a shaker. Agitated vigorously with ice to integrate the lush sweetness and the ginger's spicy heat, the mixture is strained elegantly into an ice-filled Old Fashioned glass. This comforting, complex sipper is simply finished with a fresh peach slice for a beautifully delicate presentation.

Ingredients:

• 50 ml of 400 Rabbits Rested

• 40 ml of peach puree

• 30 ml of ginger syrup

• 25 ml of lime juice

• Ice

Instructions:

• Add 400 Conejos Reposado to a shaker with ice

• Incorporate the peach puree, ginger syrup, and lime juice.

• Shake vigorously for a few seconds until all ingredients are well combined.

• Strain and pour into an Old Fashioned glass with ice.

• Garnish with a slice of fresh peach.
