Esplanade Mezcal Swizzle

Esplanade Mezcal Swizzle: This cocktail has Mezcal and sherry, making this summery swizzle sing and making it an unexpected departure from the typical rum-based swizzles.

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a Collins glass. Fill the glass halfway with crushed ice. Stir with a swizzle stick until the glass is frosty. Top with more crushed ice, then garnish.
