Devil's Soul
Devil's Soul is a short, incredibly potent nightcap that delivers a complex, bittersweet collision of smoky, herbal, and floral flavors. Stirred to a silky chill with punchy straight rye whiskey, single-village mezcal, rich amaro, bitter aperitivo, and a sweet touch of elderflower liqueur, this spirit-forward libation is strained into a coupe and finished with an orange zest twist.
Ingredients:
15 ml Amaro (e.g. Averna)
7.5 ml Elderflower liqueur
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill a coupe glass.
Prepare a garnish of orange zest twist.
Stir all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a chilled glass.
Express orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
