Chupacabra
Chupacabra is an intensely refreshing, highly complex Margarita variation that blends crisp, green garden notes with a haunting whisper of anise. Shaken to a frosty chill with silver mezcal, fresh cucumber juice, lime, and sweet pineapple syrup, it is accented by a splash of premium absinthe and served over ice in a glass rimmed with traditional Oaxacan chapulín (grasshopper) salt.
Ingredients:
1½ oz Xicaru Silver
¾ oz cucumber juice
½ oz lime juice
½ oz pineapple syrup
¼ oz La Clandestine Absinthe
Instructions:
Shake and double strain into a rocks glass rimmed with chapulín salt and garnish with a cucumber ribbon.
