Charming Man
Charming Man is a deeply seductive, bittersweet evening sipper that plays as a sophisticated, intensely dark riff on the classic Mezcal Negroni format. Stirred to a velvety chill with an equal-parts split of earthy single-village mezcal, rich and velvety cream sherry, and smoky, bittersweet rhubarb amaro, this complex nightcap is fine-strained into an old-fashioned glass and layered with a few dashes of spiced chocolate mole bitters.
Ingredients:
30 ml Rabarbaro liqueur
2 dashes of Xocolatl mole bitters
Instructions:
Select and pre-chill an old-fashioned glass.
Prepare a garnish of orange zest twist.
Stir all ingredients with ice.
Fine strain into a chilled glass.
Express orange zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
