MEZCALS OFFERED:
Yola Mezcal offers handcrafted, organic, and ultra-premium mezcal, distilled and bottled at their namesake farm in Oaxaca using a recipe passed down since 1971. Their mezcal features striking flavors of peppered citrus followed by a soothing, smoky finish, with rare blends that are simultaneously delicate and rich. The company is also deeply committed to social values, employing women in Oaxaca and providing direct pay, fair wages, and flexible schedules to promote gender equality.
Yola Mezcal: Yola Mezcal opens with striking flavors of peppered citrus that give way to a soothing, smoky finish.
Pechuga: An ultra-premium sipping spirit, Mezcal de Pechuga is traditionally reserved for special occasions. It is triple-distilled and infused with seasonal citrus fruits (such as orange, tangerine, lime, guava, pineapple, and tejocote) and a turkey breast suspended over the still. The resulting spirit is elegant, aromatic, and full-bodied, with distinctive and complex flavors where the citrus brightens the smoke.
JabalĂ: A limited-release, wild expression made from the rare and exotic JabalĂ agave. This mezcal is complex and profound, featuring a fully bodied, creamy mouthfeel with notes of herbal, earthy, and vegetal flavors (like cucumber), balanced with soft smoke, spice, and a bright, warm finish.
